We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict any user account or service access at our sole discretion without prior notice for any violation of our policies or abuse of the platform. Gio.Delivery is an independent service, and misuse of support channels, including submitting fraudulent claims or complaints, will result in immediate account suspension.

Do not register or use our services if you intend to violate our terms or local laws. We actively monitor and enforce compliance to maintain a safe and lawful environment. Any illegal activities, fraudulent use, or attempts to bypass our terms will result in termination of your account and possible legal action.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued except in the following cases:

The digital product purchased is completely non-functional or differs significantly from the demo.

Failure to receive a response from support within 48 business hours after opening a valid support ticket.

Misleading or false product descriptions.

Refunds may take up to 45 days to process depending on banking and payment methods. A 20% refund processing fee applies (covering gateway, dispute, and processing fees). Account cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

If you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, no refund will be granted.
