At Gio Money, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with the product or service you have purchased. If you experience any issues or believe there is a defect, please contact our Helpdesk to report the problem, and our team will assist you promptly. For damaged content, features, or layout issues, we require evidence such as screenshots or links to properly address the issue.
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
The system works correctly but does not meet your expectations or requirements.
Your needs have changed, and you no longer require the product or service.
You have found another product or service that you prefer.
You do not currently need the product or service.
Features do not meet your personal expectations or are less extensive than anticipated.
You lack the technical environment required to use our services.
You have already downloaded, accessed, or used the product or service.
You voluntarily cancel your account.
Refunds will ONLY be considered in exceptional cases:
The product or service is completely non-functional or materially different from the demo or description.
You have submitted a support ticket and received no response within 48 hours (2 business days).
The product description was misleading or inaccurate.
Important notes:
Refunds may take up to 45 days to process depending on banks and payment methods.
A 20% refund processing fee applies (4% gateway fee + 9% dispute fee + 7% processing fee).
Account cancellations are immediate and non-refundable.
Once a refund is approved, you will lose access to the product or service.
No refunds will be granted if digital products have been downloaded or used.
